Event Safety:

Trinity Promotions are extremely proud of our unblemished safety record and we want to keep it that way. We pride ourselves on having excellent Volunteer Captains to help make the events run smoothly.

We do have a water station at locations along the route to provide a rehydration post. We will have our hydration station on site where you will be able to purchase additional water, which you may want to consider to help in keeping yourself hydrated during the run.

Our team will be on hand to give you a full safety briefing before you set off on the day. Runners and spectators will be expected however to take full responsibility for their own safety, this includes safety of possessions, and of any children or pets that they bring with them to the event.

We would request that everyone is in good physical health before entering the event. If you are in any doubt then please visit your local GP prior to running to ensure your good health.

We definitely do not want to discourage anyone from entering this event, however any entrant aged under 14 will require an adult to run with them (max ration 2 under 14’s to 1 adult). Any runners under the age of 16 will require an adult to sign a disclaimer for them to run unaccompanied. Adults are considered to be anyone aged over 18years of age.

Facilities:

At the venue we do not have parking for anyone who is looking to take part. It is worth noting that parking is limited, so we would appreciate if you live locally to the venue that you could consider walking or cycling to the event. Trinity Promotions can accept no liability for any loss or damage caused through using the on site car parks.

We will be providing toilet facilities for your convenience, as well as catering facilities, to help keep spectators apatite under control and quench the thirst for all the runners.

Whilst we can not confirm at this stage we are hoping to provide various children’s activities to help keep younger spectators entertained throughout the event.
